30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Komori device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund -- no questions asked. The device must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories. We will cover return shipping costs within the United States.
1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Your Komori device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in the radar module, processor board, or enclosure
- Sensor failures under normal operating conditions
- Power supply defects
What is NOT covered:
- Physical damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
- Water or liquid damage
- Misuse, abuse, or operation outside recommended conditions
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, minor scuffs)
- Damage from power surges or improper power supply
How to Make a Claim
Contact us at support@komoricare.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and, if covered under warranty, arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Software Updates
Firmware and software updates are provided free for the life of the device. We continuously improve our algorithms, add features, and release security patches. However, no warranty is made regarding specific software features, measurement accuracy, or algorithm performance -- these improve over time and are provided as-is.
What's Not Covered
- Subscription services -- the optional cloud subscription is a separate service and not covered by the hardware warranty.
- Third-party accessories -- mounts, cables, or adapters not sold by Komori Care.
- Optional cameras -- RTSP cameras you connect are third-party hardware and are covered by their own manufacturer's warranty.
- Power surge damage -- we recommend using a surge protector with your Komori device.
Wellness Device Limitation
This warranty does not extend to any claims that the device diagnoses, treats, or prevents medical conditions. Komori is a wellness device -- the warranty covers the physical hardware, not specific health outcomes or medical interpretations of the data it provides.
