Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Komori Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA standards and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures We Take
We actively work to make our website and products accessible by implementing the following:
- Semantic HTML -- we use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and meaningful markup to ensure assistive technologies can parse our content correctly.
- ARIA attributes -- where native HTML semantics are insufficient, we use WAI-ARIA roles, states, and properties to convey meaning to screen readers.
- Keyboard navigation -- all interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Focus states are visible and follow a logical tab order.
- Color contrast -- text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Screen reader compatibility -- we test with popular screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS) to ensure content is properly announced and navigable.
- Responsive design -- our site adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations so content remains readable and usable on any device.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is not a one-time project -- it is an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our website and products, conduct accessibility audits, and incorporate feedback from users with disabilities to identify and address barriers.
